Will I know which villa before I pay?
No — that's the whole idea. You'll know it's a beautiful villa with a pool, in or around Ubud, and you'll get the exact address, photos and directions at sunset, the evening before your visit.
Is this in Ubud?
Yes, always. Every villa in our circle is in or around Ubud — so wherever you're staying nearby, you won't have far to go.
What if it rains?
If the weather doesn't cooperate, your afternoon is cancelled, no problem. We'll either move your booking to another day or refund you in full.
What if I have a question on the day?
You'll have a direct WhatsApp contact for anything you need during your afternoon, from 14:00 to 19:00.
Can I cancel?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your reveal. After that, get in touch and we'll do what we can.
